from closely packed strips of Valgro material
with the addition of a flap of coated
abrasive between each layer. The interleaved
flap are then radially to a resin core
and mounted on a spindle.
General Application
:
Interleaved Flap Brush
are designed for electric hand tool as
well as small bench grinder. The valgro
materials between the layers of coated
abrasive provide a resilient backing that
eliminates the layover effect encountered
with conventional abrasives flap wheel.
Interleaved flap wheels generate a deep
uniformed scratch pattern, which is significantly
more aggressive than non-interleaved variety
of wheel.
